Isabel Rynkiewicz
Owner
With over three decades of experience in the beauty industry, Isabel has truly seen it all – from behind the chair to the classroom and the sales floor. Her diverse background gives her a deep understanding of hair, scalp health, and the emotional impact hair loss can have. As a dedicated hair loss practitioner and future trichologist, Isabel blends compassion, education, and proven solutions to help clients feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their hair restoration journey.
Leanne
Cosmetologist
Leanne is a licensed cosmetologist with over four decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Licensed since 1984 and a licensed cosmetology teacher since 2005, she is a graduate of Capri School of Beauty Culture and holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Cosmetology from the College of DuPage. In 2023, she also became a 200-hour YTT certified yoga instructor, bringing a holistic approach to beauty and well-being.
Throughout her career, Leanne has worked with both hair and esthetic clients in film and commercial advertising. Today, her focus is on giving back – using her lifelong experience to help clients look and feel their best at any age. She loves caring for her clients at Chroma, where a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere and genuine connection come first.
Amber Bauza
Hairstylist
Amber Bauza is a licensed hairstylist who has been serving clients since 2016. A graduate of Capri Beauty School, Amber’s passion for hair began long before her professional training – she grew up in salons owned by her grandmother, where she was immersed in the beauty industry from an early age.
With a strong foundation rooted in both tradition and education, Amber brings a deep understanding of hair, client care, and salon culture to every appointment. Her approach blends technical skill with an appreciation for the artistry of hair, creating results that are polished, personalized, and thoughtfully crafted. Amber is committed to continuous growth in her craft and to providing each client with a professional, comfortable, and confidence-boosting experience.
Cecilia
Hairstylist
Cecilia is a licensed hairstylist with a passion for creating hair that feels effortless, confident, and truly you. Specializing in blonding and lived-in color, she designs looks that enhance natural beauty while fitting seamlessly into each client’s lifestyle. Cecilia’s goal is for every client to feel comfortable, truly heard, and absolutely obsessed with their hair when they leave her chair.
